Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form collects contact details and the project information you enter. Required fields are labeled. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details or confidential documents.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries are stored in a private database on this website’s server for CST to review and respond. Email notifications are not currently configured. The confirmation message reports whether an inquiry was saved; it does not promise that a representative has read it.
Document access accounts
We store your name, company, email, a protected password hash and CST approval status to manage technical document access. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Approval and account assistance are handled by CST.
Technical data
The website infrastructure may keep request logs containing IP addresses and browser request information. The form uses a short-lived, hashed request identifier to limit spam. This application does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Access and requests
Inquiries are not published as website content. If you need to correct or request removal of an inquiry, use the project form and identify the original inquiry without repeating sensitive information.
Privacy contact and retention
CST will publish its company privacy contact and retention policy on CSTProducts.com before the website opens to the general public.
